I am a Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN), understand the complexities of real estate in both divorce and estate liquidations and have an acuity in working with home sellers whose homes have expired, been withdrawn, or canceled from the Multiple Listing Service after their previous agent failed to get their home sold.
